Robert Corvus creates fantastic worlds in his workshop.
- What is the price of magic?
- How big is a hyperspace drive?
- Is a winch crossbow the pride of weaponsmithing?
- Is a forty-year-old considered an old man, or do you only become an adult at 111?
- Magnificent cities, disreputable planets, rugged mountains, mighty rivers, amphibious peoples, magical elves, sorcery and plasma cannons – how can you give shape to all this and make it into a whole that carries an exciting story?
In his workshop, Robert Corvus gives an insight into the basics of world-building, the discipline that makes fantasy and science fiction what they are: fantastic.
